Sensory Hours at Walmart and Stores bringing Cashiers back

Hmmnn maybe this explains the one Walmart in town here that has "subdued" lighting. The other two have bright normal lighting but the one is just "dark".

It’s really nice that when you do an order pick up and something is wrong or damaged you can go in app and get a refund and they say “no need to return it to the store!”

I’m honest so I only use it when I find non usable products or expired dates but asking zero proof I’m sure dishonest clever folks just return a lot of their perfectly good items , get the refund, and the item.


I dunno if this has been said already, I’m just trying to make 20 posts today so don’t shame me 🤣

Went to Walmart. They had one row of like 5 machines open and a long line of customers waiting. There were like 5 other rows. 25+ machines closed.

Yep I have stocked my cart full of stuff on numerous occasions then just left it at the check out when I realize they refuse to open up any cashier lines. Fk em I don't mind doing self check on a few items but a cart full items or when you have alcohol no fk way .

Tell you something else i hate about self bloody checkouts and I've noticed lately, especially in the supermarket convenience stores in the city of Glasgow.

There are generally two security guards, standing at 90" from one another, actually physically eyeballing every piece of produce people place into the bags.

It's like they are fecking watching people trying to hide Blood Diamonds. LoL

Woe betide any poor sod that happened to fail to scan their cream egg properly.

As i imagine they would be tackled to the floor, swooped up and huckled, and sent before the chocolate fairy to answer for the crime of the daft bastard machines refusing to scan the produce.

And for Christ sake don't try to buy the likes of Paracetamol, as that requires the intervention of someone with a keycard and code, which kind of halts the process in its tracks and defeats the purpose of the entire fecking exercise imho.
