Guilty - Former Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby Convicted of Perjury

Outspoken Marilyn Mosby has been convicted of perjury.

She took COVID money and didn't actually qualify. She lied to get money.

She can end up in prison soon where she can get reduced wages in the prison laundry.

She was the States Attorney that lost those Freddie Grey cases against police (the nickel riders) for BLM riots abuse of prisoners. lol lol

She never did adapt to normalcy did she.

Apparently she was over-saturated-educated well beyond her capacities.


Guilty: Former Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby Convicted of Perjury

A federal jury today convicted Marilyn J. Mosby, age 42, of Baltimore, Maryland, on federal charges of perjury, relating to the withdrawal of funds from the City of Baltimore’s Deferred Compensation Plan claiming that she suffered adverse financial consequences during the COVID-19 pandemic when she was Baltimore City State’s Attorney.

According to the evidence presented at trial, on May 26, 2020 and December 29, 2020, Mosby submitted “457(b) Coronavirus-Related Distribution Requests” for one-time withdrawals of $40,000 and $50,000, respectively, from City of Baltimore’s Deferred Compensation Plan. Trial evidence proved that Mosby falsely certified that she met at least one of the qualifications for a distribution as defined under the CARES Act, specifically, that she experienced adverse financial consequences from the Coronavirus as a result of being quarantined, furloughed, or laid off; having reduced work hours; being unable to work due to lack of childcare; or the closing or reduction of hours of a business she owned or operated. In signing the forms, Mosby “affirm[ed] under penalties for perjury the statements and acknowledgments made in this request.” As proven at trial, Mosby did not experience any such financial hardships and in fact, Mosby received her full gross salary of $247,955.58 from January 1, 2020 through December 29, 2020, in bi-weekly gross pay direct deposits of $9,183.54.

The Maryland governor didn’t seem too happy about the verdict.
Maybe he’s got a pardon for her with fresh ink on it.
The smug look on her face as she strutted out of court is telling.
It’s almost like that city and state have a never ending supply of crooked pols.

The amount of people who defrauded the PPP loan program is absolutely staggering. I know for a FACT, a lot of the offenders are inner-city "players and hustlers". You would practically have to arrest minorities en masse, and I'm quite sure that's not going to happen anytime soon or ever.

Billions gone and you hear very little about where that money really went or even about the efforts to recover it and prosecute those responsible.

That money was a GIFT to a lot of poor, criminal minded people who filed for BS LLC's in order to whoop the system. They say there's money in the ghetto, but that money is never organically derived, it's hustled.
