Still can't post from my previous account...

I stil have access to my old pre-event account on one machine due to a persistent log-in. However, I cannot log into it on any other device. It says my password is incorrect, but know that it is.

Also, cannot create any new threads on that account as the Create New Thread option is disabled anytime I try to start one. If I try to reply, it allows me to type a reply, but when I hit the REPLY button, it just goes into a loop or something, displaying the POSTING page with the circling arrows, but doesn't go any further. I've tried both actions on several occasions.

It seems that many are posting under their old accounts.Any ideas?

I have the same thing on my desktop. It's pretty weird, like a glimpse into another time...

go to discord and do this below... They need your email and board name so they can reset and send you a reset password email.

Go to discord.com...

send djarums a DM with your account name and email.

He will reset it and you will get an email to reset your password

Forgive my ignorance but I have never used Discord. I have no idea even where to start to get there. Can you (or someone) tell me - either here or in a DM - how to get there? Please?

I've gone to discord.com and searched every iteration of of the name I can think of and found nothing. Same using search engines.

The one link I found here said that the invite was invalid.

Discord was the only way in those first few days after sanity was restored.

Send Djarums or DTOM a message on here even.
Tell them the old username and an email address you want to be associated with it.I had to use a Gmail as Yahoo mail were blocking it being used.
They will send you a password reset to the choosen email address.
Log in,change password to one of your choosing and job done.
I used Discord to send Djarums a message but he is working through hundreds of resets so be patient. My reset took about 10 days.
