I'll answer your counter questions if and when you might tell me which or all of this which I posted you disagree with:

"Why don't you tell us how the Palestinian people should go about regaining their occupied lands and realizing freedom from open air prisons?"

"By fighting the IDF and not raping, murdering and torturing civilians?

And hiding themselves amongst human shields?

By giving up their stated aim of genocide of Jews?

By recognising the right of Israel to exist?

Those sort of things, for starters?'

The PLO no longer exists, is my understanding. So why do the Israelis need to act like the agreement is still valid.

Who is the govt in Palestine now?

I provided a link from Britanica. Should be unbiased.

Unbiased facts but cherry-picked, oh wait, yes biased presentation by you.

So Encyclopedia Britanica is biased.

*sigh*

Well I tried.

Come on mate, it does have Britain in the name!

The agreement was never valid nor honored.

I'd have to research that extensively to give you an answer but from what I did read it's complicated and the people never had any power, nor did they have the opportunity to vote in any recent government.

Yes, of course you are spinning what you think would be right.

You don't come in, take hostages and then make demands for all prisoners to be released .

What happened to 'we don't negotiate with terrorists' policy.

Brutal as it is, negotiating with terrorists only produces more terrorism.

You get more of what you reward.

Common sense.

The hostages, sadly, tragically, brutally, are already dead. Any other wartime policy is foolish.

I absolutely think the hostages are dead or dying, so why does Netanyahu keep saying for them to release the hostages?

Didn't the U.S. negotiate with Russia? Do we consider Russia to be terrorists?

Historically yes, though that is something shared by all cultures

Oslo recognized the PLO and Yassar Arafat as the governing body of Palestine.

Yeah, pretty basic historical facts.

It is estimated that at the time of his death, Arafat was worth one billion dollars. He wasn't 'Palestinian', and yet the supposed 'Palestinian cause' was a good income for him, that's for sure.

He keeps saying it because it is the right demand to make until it is known they are NOT alive.

Why wouldn't he say it.

A demand to release the hostages, is not the same as negotiating for their return.

How could he think they are still alive after all the indiscriminate bombing when they never knew where the hostages were being kept in the first place and after he refused to negotiate? Why would Hamas care about the hostages after that?

No, you don't gotcha me.

You cherry picked only the passage that fit your narrative.
