The part where the heroine finds herself back in her childhood bedroom and cannot divorce herself from all her childhood stuff so that it all seemed to crawl onto her was harrowing. What a concept .

I think the world is turning (if not already turned) into snowflakes. Just a couple:- The Wizard of OZ, Wicked witch of the West, very nasty, but using evil monkeys. A childhoods nightmare. 101 Dalmatians, a woman killing puppies to make coats, every childs nightmare for their pets. Do you want me to build a list for you?

Great film , great writing and acting , David Bowie at his best but Ludo was the star

You remind me of the babe.

At the start of the movie when Sarah is in the park an owl is standing on one of those obelisk things as if watching/monitoring her. The Symbol of the Minerval Church of the Bavarian Illuminati features a watchful owl. Sarah is constantly watched as later in the film there are eyeball creatures stuck to the walls of the labyrinth.

And there is a similarity between this film, The Wizard of OZ and Alice in Wonderland where the protagonist partakes in drug-laden food. In the context of mind control programming this causes amplification effects of the programming and increases fear and terror in the victim.

There are theories that the film is an allegory about DID Mind Control. Wild!

What did actually happen to Toby Froud - the baby actor from Labyrinth?
