Hmm.... Not Working . I can Live with the TEXT Color I have now , but the Black Background BEHIND my Avatar Picture is Still a LIGHT BLACK . I wanted to make that a DARK Black . Any Suggestions ?

Do you Notice there that the Background Color is a Dark Kinda Shiny Black . What Program would you Suggest to Alter the Color then ? And what about the Orange around the Post Count at the Bottom , can that be Changed to ?
