All Aboard the Alvin Bragg Railroad

Here we have yet another case of someone, who most would consider a good samaritan for what he did, being railroaded by the crooked and corrupt NY AG Alvin Bragg.

Someone who has, selflessly, served and put his life on the line for this country before.

A young man that feared for his life, and the life of the others on that subway.

As a deranged man, with a long history of violence towards subway passengers, whos sole purpose on that train that day was to kill someone.
Yelling "someone is going to die today" before lunging and intimidating numerous passengers.

All before a selfless act by a brave sole that stopped this madness before it turned into countless innocent lives being hurt or taken.

When will the madness stop?

So, he not only stopped someone from being injured or killed, he saved the taxpayers money.

2.9 mil is a good defense fund. Thanks for helping him, Kid Rock.

I sure hope he is acquitted.
And moves out of that hell hole state.

I've typed deleted and retyped this reply ten different times, it just blows my mind that he's being charged. I keep seeing people saying that he was mentally ill, he didn't deserve to die, but does that mean those passengers did? If I read the Fox article right, it says even the prosecutions expert witness said Penny was trained to use nonlethal chokeholds and that's exactly what he did. He stopped a threat, if that threat died in the process for any reason, I'm sorry, but thats the way it is.
