Marijuana is also legal in 23 states, probably soon to be more.

how many states is coc aine legal to buy and use?

(*crickets)

That's what I thought

According to the federal government, coc aine is legal in 50 states with a prescription. Marijuana is legal in 0 even with a prescription.

Not sure why you're trying to argue state law in a federal case.

He didn't break the law if the law is ruled unconstitutional. Which will be the case even if this case has to go all the way to the Supreme Court.

He did break the law

The law is not unconstitutional in this case.

If later it is ruled that, then that is a different story that I still do not agree with. But for now, it is the law and he broke it.

Plain and simple.

Not sure why you are still trying to argue for a criminal

Guilty until proven innocent, is it?

He is innocent until proven guilty. So, until he is convicted, he hasn't broken the law.

If he didn't break the law, why is he in court?

If you are issued a ticket from a cop, did you not break the law?

So then you agree that Trump broke the law 91 times and counting?

Actually I thought you were an advocate for everybody to be without any infringement when it comes to gun possession, save your personal biased exceptions, hmm?

He is not yet in court as his lawyers are claiming they will have this dismissed BEFORE trial.

The attorney for President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden, who is facing felony gun charges, said Friday that the statute is "likely unconstitutional" and he expects "the case will be dismissed before trial."

While the criminal statutes cited in the indictment are clear -- it is a crime to lie on a gun application form or to possess a firearm as a drug user – Hunter Biden's attorney suggested that the charges could be unconstitutional, citing a recent appeals court ruling that drug use alone should not automatically prevent someone from obtaining a gun.

“The only change that has occurred between when they investigated [this alleged crime] and today is that the law changed," Lowell said. "But the law didn't change in favor of the prosecution. The law changed against it."

Go back and read through the thread fully bud

I think all gun laws are bad, yes

I also believe in following the law as it is written, which Hunter did not

There is no bias there.

If Trump had bought that gun last week, as the left was trying to push that he did, I would say the same thing that he broke the law, he should be held accountable.

That specific law, I read, is rarely enforced...it's bogus except when there is a witch hunt for a politician, which is to get to Biden. The same applies to the 'red flag' laws, rarely enforced when it has to do with domestic violence.

Just because you read it as "bogus except when there is a witch hunt for a politician" is conjecture

Just because you don't see it happen does not mean it doesn't. If it was not upheld, why would there be supreme court cases that have to do with it?

There are many state Supreme Courts that deem red flag laws as unconstitutional, which they are. It deprives the person being "red flagged" of their due process.

There you go bringing up Trump.

So do you consider him a criminal since he's on trial for breaking the law 91 times? Or does that logic only apply to Hunter?

Has Trump broken the law, sure, 91 times though? Pretty big stretch if you ask me

Hunter, has broken the law, of that everyone on gods green Earth, except the few of you, seem to understand and agree.

He is currently on trial for breaking the law 91 times. Using your logic, that means he broke the law 91 times. Do you agree?

Can you not read? Go back and try it again

Hunter Biden has 3 charges against him for this federal gun possession. We know he committed every one.

And we know that Trump was in posession of thousands of pages of classified documents without a security clearance and that he lied to investigators about that fact, among other things.

So once again, if Hunter is a criminal because he has been charged with three crimes, then Trump is a criminal because he has been charged with 91 crimes. Do you deny that your logic applies to Trump?

Except, that's not a fact now is it. That's the allegation.

Hunter has already been convicted of a felony.
