Point was that many of the people who cry "white racism" don't say sh!t when injustices happen to minorities. And how anyone could cry "woe is the white man" in a white-majority country with a history of racism against minorities.

NAZIsm is actually a leftist invention as in Socialist. It's a bird of a different color but it's still a bird. Marxism is a version of Socialism. Nazism is a version of Socialism. WW2 was basically a pissing contest as to which version of Socialism was going to continue on.

Gotta love the Righties mansplaining Germany to Germans, but you get twice the entertainment with marxism being mansplained to marxists as well.

One thing only hinted at in this thread is that too often, the bureaucrats in Germany (and likely other Euro countries) are anything but even-handed and high-minded. This family, if they return to Germany, will likely not be handled on the basis of a fresh start. In Europe, once "the system" gets a case of the jaws with someone, options and possibilities can become very bounded.
