He's a media magnate. He cares most about his d*ck measuring contest with Ted Turner. To him the lessers can fight over minutia because the only thing that changes with the president is how much in corporate taxes he has to pay 1/5 of...

He may very well simultaneously own all these center-right media properties, profit off them, and donate to democrats. (Like 3M to the Clintons, only excluding the 2016 campaign)
