U.S. Customs and Border Protection "Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon" Videos Released

The video is courtesy of The Black Vault and was uploaded a few minutes ago , this video is accompanied by other videos and documents totalling nearly 400 pages released by the United States Customs and Border Protection.

In a new development concerning Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), a batch of documents and videos has emerged from the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The unexpected find came to light thanks to X user “Dr.Disclosure89 (@Docneuroeo)”, who alerted The Black Vault about this discovery.

As of now, the origins of this release remain a mystery. There are two main possibilities: either CBP took the initiative to proactively disclose these materials to the public, or they were released as a result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The Black Vault currently has multiple FOIA cases with CBP. Some of these requests were transferred to other agencies, while others remain open with CBP.

The first video looks like some sort of man-made technology that is being used for transportation.

The orb that is following the plane in the second video, could be plasma technology generated from the plane.

Plasma technology has been added to many modern military aircraft as a missile countermeasure that works similarly to how flares work, without burning out or just staying in place and falling.

Another of the UAP videos shows an object over land and water , it seems to enter the water @ 2.00 then emerge from it before splitting in two.

Yeah, that one is quite odd. It definitely looks like it enters the water without any perturbation, and also what is with the appearance/illusion? of two or a mirroring effect that happens after/during the ocean plunge? That is hard to explain. The idea of a man-made craft flying that close to the ocean is also more than unusual.

It has been said that there are many many unmanned probes that they put out by the one whistleblower who claimed to be observing an underwater "base" in the caribbean as part of their job.

To me it seems more to change colour than enter the water, as we can still see its shape.

When you watch that in full screen it looks even more spectacular - does it change colour or actually dive underwater ? Definitely one of the best UAP videos I have seen. Waiting for those with more knowledge than me to give their views.

Colour may indicate a high amount of atmospheric mist resulting in a prismatic visual effect and appearing to be underwater may be that mist creating a visual water shield as it nears the surface.

Indicates incredibly strong frequencies at work perhaps?

I blame all the remote viewers. Manifesting all sorts of things and never considering the consequenses of where they have their get-togethers to spy on the adversary.

Too many compression artefacts do not help either.

I also think the video (at least in this segment) is in infrared, do so what we are seeing are not colours as we think of them.

It does appear to be IR. All of the trees and ground are relatively the same "color". The object itself has a moderate heat signal, but not super significant.

That is why it appears to be going underwater (dampening the heat signature) or hiding behind something indistinguishable as it can't really change "color" due to normal light/shadow effects in the visible spectrum.

I am also curious as to why these things seem to be purposely going in a circle around the aircraft's point of reference. Weird stuff.

It's not a circle. When that video first appeared I marked the object's trajectory (as seen from the aeroplane filming) and it was not a circle.

That's the problem with a movable camera, the movement we see is the sum of the both the object and the camera's movements, and we also have to take into account perspective, as the camera was above the object, so the object appears to be closer to some things when in fact it was not.

Interesting, something to me says ,like the video of the A10 the military building those spheres to track and monitor military missions and those are just new tech that we haven't seen before?

But then again if that's what it is they've invented anti gravity propulsion
systems?

It could be a result of the leidenfrost effect?

Vids 2 & 3 are truly impressive, but might I posit the theory that the first one is nothing more than a balloon moving slowly? But, due to parrallax, perspective and the fact that the camera is moving at speed against the background, it appears to be moving at a fair lick. Speed is relative. eg. "Einstein's Train".
Just a thought, and it's IMO, so don't hurt me, fello ATSers! 🍻

Well, this just got real. Finally.
Little bit's & pieces so far seem to indicate Congress asked for way more than was mentioned in MSM. Have no clue what to think about the document pile leading off with an Israeli Think Tank.

Years ago someone got a very clear picture of a giant Tic-Tac in Canada.
It was either Zorgon or Zaphod who advised me "things aren't as they seem." in the picture" so I dropped looking into it
further.

His video on Grush's DOPSOR (sp) not fully being made available makes sense if "it isn't everything" we on the outside hoped it'd be.

Did watch Grush's interview with American Alchemy an was surprised how likeable in person Grush actually is!
Totally never expected that.

Haven't decided if the document drop is a red herring or worth time reading. Rather hoping someone smarter than me has an opinion?
