WHY are funeral homes so haunted?

Exactly!! Especially the last two, hospice and nursing homes! People don't die at funeral homes; they're already dead. And, while people do die at hospitals, it is generally while the greatest care to prevent them from dying is being provided. Hospice and nursing homes are often where people are left to die, often under unpleasant and neglected conditions. Thus, no reason to haunt funeral homes, and little to haunt hospitals, but nursing homes and hospice have all sorts of reasons for spirits to linger around and stir sh** up!
