I don't know that at all. Im not inside the prosecutors head, and don't know the facts. I just like it when leftists get arrested on the face of it. As the story unfolds, I reserve the right to come to other opinions.

We need to arrest more of these activists and charge them with RICO in my mind.

One thing none of the articles clarify, was he resident of Georgia? I have seen it reported that the family is not from that area. That could be a big deal if he is not from GA. To be honest the fact it has not been stated makes me believe I am on target.

But RICO charges against Trump and his supporters are fine should they publicly doubt
our recent elections?

Seems like if they can do it for people that weren't even in attendance at Jan. 6, then they should start using it for riots everywhere!

WI Republicans need to jump on the bandwagon. Lots of people tied to the Kenosha riots, where people actually died, should be charged on RICO charges, including the current VP.
