Automation:

For those of you that remember.
Machine Automation replaced a lot of jobs.
That was a long time ago. A lot if jobs were
Lost to the machine automation.
What do you think will happen with the
AI?

Yup. Needed to talk to someone about financial aid today and there was a char box on the bottom of the page. It was AI. I had to reword my question as it did not understand what I thought was a straight forward question. Then I called the number the AI gave me and I was listening to the automated system making choices. Then, for 30 min, I had to hear about my wait times. I had 10 minutes of the phone telling me someone will be with me in 5.

I'm guessing it will get to a point where most general human labor will no longer be needed.

Then they will roll out the UBI.
