I have been approached by an authority figure (for me, not society as a whole) ostensibly to be recruited by him to some sort of secret society. I am maintaining a healthy scepticism but at the same time trying to play along with the 'tests' I am being set. Thus far these have been phrasal: "Agricola hasta", my response "leonem interfecit." This means the farmer killed the lion with a spear. Then "Bellum magnum", response, "coortum est." A great war is breaking forth. Now I have a clue, which is "you need to learn to make a tie." Then I was briefly asked the response to "leonem interfecit," but told it was "pilum scorpio," to which I was asked the response. These last two words mean Roman javelin or spear, followed by either scorpion or a type of dart throwing machine used by the romans as well. Here I am stuck. I think that the society is catholic based, as this man has trained in the seminary in the Vatican. He has also dropped hints relating to fighting evil as the purpose of the society, possibly supernatural 'evil' like possessions. Again you can see why my scepticism is high, though I like a challenge. He also muttered the name of the group accidently and cut himself off but it had the word "Just" in it. I would appreciate opinions on the likelihood of this man's authenticity, anything about these types of societies, recruitment processes, knowing what I may be geting into, and help with the riddle. Many thanks and happy speculation!!

Apologies for repeating this, a post of a couple of weeks ago, however I think my title may not have attracted the type of reader I was looking for. Also another chance to be at the top of the forum list is appreciated.

I have no idea what society this man is from. I recognise none of the phrases and you can be fairly sure he's not a mainstream (or probably any other flavour of) freemason.

[Edit: I'm sorry I have completely forgotten how to spell even the simplest words]

This Riddle of Yours is indeed one that comes from the Masonic lodges, but I feel, you know exactly what, why and who it is from, unless this is one of a spiritual quest. AND I DON"T THINK IT IS.
I too have been offered and promised by officials in the masonic lodges, and by 2 different societies, but, it was only when the masons, started to delve into the mind, that is when I was approached by One, whom I think is alien of this plane... This being gave me materials to study and read, Maybe you have the same as I do. One thing I am not prepared to speak out about, as it so often results in immense pain from others around me. I may speak in riddles too, but this is all a part of the necessary ways to make others think they know not of what I speak, and indeed I have been ridiculed and attacked physically and spiritually.
Have allok at a book called The Children Of The Matrix By David Icke
have a look at all his books, Indeed they may appear as being over the top, but, have some faith in what u know, and listen always to the intuitive side of your being.
You do know the answer, Stop playing games and Keep your eyes peeled, for they know who you are, as well as they know who I am, but for fks sake the real antidote here is to have no fear. their sense of smell is keener than a dogs.Text BlackTextText

Somehow I doubt it, but I'll play. Show me something to back it up.

I'm sure you posting on an internet forum in no way jeopardizes anyone. Come with it man, don't hold out on us!

I think you and greenmansmind will get along nicely.

What you suggest is exactly what led me to the conclusion that David Icke books are good for taking camping so as to be sure not to use the wrong kind of leaves... nothing more.

Wow you really need to lighten up and lay off the coffee... Though a good friend of mine once told me: "Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean theres not people out to get you."

Watch your toilets, boys.

You are talking rubbish. You have no idea what you are on about. Quite frankly I'm embarrased for you.

Do you have any sources for your allegations other than David Icke?

I'd be willing to bet that's a big negative.

It's more or less a symbol of God. There is some Masonic symbolism there, as well as Gnostic.

The Ouroboris represents infinity, the triangle represents the threefold nature of the Diety (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) The sun represents the life-giving quality, because as we all know, without the sun we're goners, and so it is with God (at least to me). And then the all-seeing-eye which of course represents omnipresence, i.e. He's always watching.

Plus it looks really cool.
