Let’s see, the choices are:

Mike Pence, religious guy cares only about abortion imo.

Chris Christie (this is actually laughable) - man with get even attitude who shuts down bridges in NY/NJ to punish his opponents.

Nikki Haley: Unhinged, bought for by the establishment, entitled, wrong about Ukraine loud mouth.

Ron DeSantis: Insults his own potential voter base

Tim Scott: Don’t know you dude

Vivek: He’s NOT Barack Obama. He’s not a career politician, but got a Harvard education (so I guess they have that in common). I would absolutely chose Vivek if Trump wasn’t on ticket!

You didn't even check the link and read what I wrote.

Ok; Vivek came from wealth, ( much like Gates), went to Harvard, had an income of $2 million dollars the year he graduated, and wanted to further his education at Yale.
He took a $90,000 gift from Paul Soros (George's brother) so he could AFFORD tuition. He made $2 million that year, also.

His startup company in the the drug business, Riovant, just joined with Pfizer to manufacture drugs for cancer and inflammatory disease.

I don't know about anybody else, but I don't care for the idea of a POTUS that's a multi-millionaire at 37 years old by being bedfellows with Big Pharma-especially Pfizer.

Vivek has also been a keynote speaker on health at the WEF several times.

Vivek: He’s NOT Barack Obama. He’s not a career politician

Obama wasn't a career politician, either; he went from being a city planner to a senator who became POTUS before even finishing out his first term.

Obama was/is a very gifted smooth talker who knows how to spin his speeches to say what people want to hear, and Ramaswamy sure seems to have that exact quality in spades. They also tick the minority box, so yes; he is very much like Obama, except Obama didn't become a multi-millionaire until after becoming POTUS.

The fact the liberally owned media seems to be backing him up and helping him rise to the top tells me he's also likely to be another RINO.

I like to look behind the pretty wrapping paper and see what's in the package; in this case I'm seeing a possible Trojan horse that looks so good on TV people won't even consider looking at his history.

Ok I see what you are Leary of. Soros (gift to further education) and Pfizer connections (the work for cancer and inflammatory diseases).

I think his research into cancer and inflammatory diseases is admirable. Will be interesting to see the next debates as I’m sure this will be brought up, the Soros monetary gift that is!

I read Vivek stands strongly against the WEF and SOROS. He has stated as much!

Why do you think that?

I think Ramaswamy's attitude toward Israel will keep him from getting the GOP nomination. He talks a good anti "woke" game but it's BS. imo...

He has lived a life of extreme privilege and made fortunes in what is now known to be a completely corrupt industry feeding off of illnesses they often knowingly cause, so I have a hard time believing he can relate to or even understand the 'little' people, let alone make them his top priority.

He says exactly all the right things, without the coarse, crude delivery; everything Trump has said all along, but with polished tact and finesse. I would root for him if I thought his motives were sincere, but his whole campaign to this point has been plagerism with a prettier delivery.

He went on to Yale for a J.D. (Doctorate of Law). Personally, I think lawyers as politicians is one of the main reasons our country is so messed up; they write law that exempt themselves, yet can and are used as weapons against all others.

His whole life has been dedicated to amassing wealth; with the WH he will also have the ultimate power.

While creating cancer fighting drugs is noble, I can't overlook the fact that it made him a multi-millionaire while he was still a student. Perhaps his motives weren't altruistic, but rather money.
He has no record of ever performing any kind of civil service to make his community better; no feeding the poor, no charitable donations, nothing.

Everybody has a motive for wanting to be president of the US, and figuring out what that motive is should be important. Vivek isn't checking the right boxes for me

No point in beating a dead horse; I've had my say and will leave you to it.

It's getting very complicated. Trump is the clear front runner, but the RNC is stuck between a rock and a hard place. If they nominate Trump, he comes with a load of baggage and if elected, the Dems will double down [ if that's even possible at this point ] on trying to get him by any means they can.
If they don't nominate Trump, they are going to piss off a lot of people who may not vote for anyone else, thus guaranteeing a Democrat win.

Everyone else is just a side show. This is between Trump, his supporters and the Democrats and it's a grudge match.

GOP knows that they win with Trump and lose with anybody else, so their infantile hate for him interrupting their impotent existence …… makes them “choose lose”.
Why do you they maneuvered Romney’s niece back in as Queen of the DNC ? To make the not-so-smart RINO decisions.

Chris Christie was a former governor of NJ, and I was happy to hear him being 'booed' several times when he had the audacity to put down Trump.

I agree with you about the rock and hard place. I think though that the left has maneuvered themselves into a bad situation as well because Biden is not very popular even with democrats and seems to be their choice so far. I think they are counting on Trumo being the Hilary of 2024, where all of his supporters just KNOW he's going to win and then shock when people vote against him again like they did in 2020. I firmly believe VERY FEW people were actually voting FOR Biden, rather they were voting AGAINST Trump.

Me too!

Christy is a toddler who was just wasting others time by even being there. What a chump!

All the debates, campaigns, Tshirts, hats and banners, TV/radio ads etc, won't matter if the GOP can't or won't unite.

imo...the debates just accentuated the division among Republicans. Old School vs. MAGA....both lose.
