According to a report from Politico, the leaked emails further exposed the extent of the manipulative tactics employed by Hunter's legal team to secure the favorable plea deal that eventually fell apart under scrutiny from Judge Maryellen Noreika.

The outlet reported that Hunter’s team threatened to call President Biden as a witness if his son’s gun crime was prosecuted.

Chris Clark, another assistant U.S. attorney, apparently told Wolf that charging Hunter would be "career suicide."

“This of all cases justifies neither the spectacle of a sitting President testifying at a criminal trial, nor the potential for a resulting Constitutional crisis,” Clark wrote.

As a result, a pre-trial diversion with broad immunity was offered to Hunter. This revelation, along with the emails obtained by Politico and verified by the New York Times, suggested collusion between Hunter’s legal team and the DOJ.

WHY is the U.S. Department of Justice SO AFRAID of JOE BIDEN TESTIFYING on behalf of his son Hunter? They'd rather let Hunter off the hook for both Known and Unknown crimes, than let his father take the stand!

Maybe Joe would end up jabbering and exposing how he and Hunter committed numerous financial crimes and blackmail capers together? And don't forget, President Biden is under criminal investigation for possibly selling U.S. secrets contained in the highly-classified documents he illegally removed from their secure locations for 12-plus years.

Your senses are correct. Joe Biden taking the stand to vouch for his crime partner, just won't work, lol.

President Biden on the stand would be epic.

A witness to what exactly? Are we supposed to believe that the word of Joe Biden, under oath, would make any difference to anyone? At best, Joe Biden would make a fool of himself. At worst, Joe Biden would make a mockery of the entire justice system by inadvertently spilling the beans and Hunter getting off anyway.

He is very orange, a businessman first not a career politician and wrote mean tweets. We know that’s very illegal regardless of any laws- we don’t like him.
