Well your very first link points out that this (at the time) would be a non issue because none of them were duly elected and did not follow the laws set forth for elected electors. Which is the whole point. They were not and committed fraud.

At that time Dec 18th of 2020, the reporters did not know what the plan was for those fraudulent electoral votes. In December they had no idea that Trump was going to pressure Pence to accept them, or for Pence to not even be at the count, as we have Grassley stating the day before that he would be counting them because Pence wouldn't be there.
