Humans? neanderthal?
what ever ruled on earth a million years ago
They (early humans?) ruled Earth.
and had very high tec, left earth to colonise space.
some thing bad happens on earth.
back to living in caves.

this hase happend 3 times!
the Aliens are very old Earth humans
and other things the left earth.

a tier 6/7 civilization would be very close to being gods. infact a god most likely to be a individual/entity from high tier civilization
