I betcha not ONE person at that townhall stood up and said, "This is our fault! The platform they ran on was apparently what we wanted and they're only following through with those promises (plus a few others which they didn't disclose) during the campaign trail!"

They voted for activism and race based decision making.

I won't go into Oakland anymore. Hell, if my two sisters weren't in the Bay Area,- Hayward and El Cerrito, I wouldn't go anywhere near the Bay Area again.

You notice how everybody is so afraid to offend other people. It is a problem. I notice it in stand up comedy shows especially. The recent ones all seem very politically correct. Unless it is some woman comedian either bashing on men or talking about sex.

Need to be less afraid to be canceled. Nobody wants criminals to run loose (im talking about the bail reform) That is just not a popular idea anywhere. The only people who support no bail and these other things are the people who are afraid to be canceled or labeled racist and that is pure narcissism which is the whole of the problem. The people supporting these things are more concerned about their reputation since the tiny minority who are pushing for this are very loud in the media and social media than the safety of everyone else.

A criminal is a criminal no matter what race or sex they are.

People who rob and shoot people have to be put in jail, no matter what color they are. Most of the blacks are decent people,but the young are taking advantage of getting off with no punishment for doing a crime. The numbers of bad people are increasing because they aren't getting punished so they figure they will get away with it.

There are corrupt people in every race, we need to be able to stop the spread of crime for everyone. This is going to be hard to fix now that the numbers of these criminals has increased quite a bit because they do not fear getting punished much for their crimes.

Spot on Ricky! It doesn't help that millions have entered from notoriously lawless countries and have been spread all around the states with no oversight, either.

Yeah, we got enough criminals here, we do not need to import them. I have no problem with immigration, I just think that these immigrants should be vetted well and if they are good people, then we should keep the cost of legal fees down so they can get citizenship at a reasonable cost. If someone crosses the border illegally, that is breaking the law...Trump was right, they are all criminals because they are not following the laws. That only teaches these people that breaking the law is beneficial for them. I am not against immigration as long as the people are vetted properly and we do not allow too many to come in a year. Rich or poor does not make a difference to me, but if they come here they should be able to work and earn their own keep, and illegals should not receive any benefits unless they get residency or start citizenship. We can use more good workers here since most of our young people are allergic to physical labor these days, but it has to be done right, and it should be affordable for them. The costs of legal fees goes to lawyers that most times are already rich. Money flows to the richer people from those trying to earn a living a lot in this country. I see no reason why it should cost more than a couple of grand to get residency and citizen applied for for immigrants. Not ten grand and more which is what I am hearing now is the cost....these people cannot afford to pay that much and still support themselves with the lower pay jobs they are qualified to do.

the white leftist progressives equate African Americans with crime. by being 'pro-crime' they think they're being pro-African-American.

they don't compute that most of the victims are also Black.
they live in gated communities &tc and the crime doesn't affect them.

great talking point for the GOP: 'Even the NAACP doesn't like your soft policies'.
