It's not what Paul preached about Christ that's in question it's more what he focused on in regrds to Christ, what the Bible and the Catholic Church were built upon essentially.

Though 1 Corinthians was written perhaps 20 years after the death of Jesus the oldest copy of Pauls contribution we have is 2 centuries after, a 200 year gap.


And yet his interactions with Peter and other elders of the Jerusalem congregation, and his early missionary journeys, are recorded in 'The Acts of the Apostles', authored, assumedly, by Dr. Luke (prior to AD 95 when it was attested to by Clement of Rome).
