Nuerostrike is a Chinese program to win a war without ever firing a shot . They refer to it as the invisible hand which can direct ones cognitive abilities in a direction an agency deems desirable. I kinda figure they have been testing this weapon thus the reports of the Havana syndrome and brain injuries of some embassy staff members. Push a button and make your enemy run away in fear or cower in a corner wanting/crying for their mommy.. !

There's a maxim from Sun Tzu, the military strategist who wrote The Art of War, that has stood the test of time: "'to win one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill." Well that's exactly what the Chinese Communist Party is doing by developing weapons that connect to your brain. In this episode of China Uncensored, we look at China's brain weapons, how it hopes to use them in war, and why the US is so concerned about this.

Here's the link to the article which is immediately shown in the video.

www.ft.com...

But here's the elephant in the room:

The US commerce department on Thursday put the research institutes on the “entity list”, which bars US companies from exporting technology that originated in America to the Chinese institutions.
***
Michael Orlando, head of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC), recently said the US was warning companies about Chinese efforts to obtain American technology in five key sectors, including biotechnology.

This is laughable at best. It's all okay to invest in and develop by Chinese companies within the US but God forbid it gets exported to China.

As if putting them on a list is going to stop China from receiving the products. And why is it ok to develop this crap in the first place?

I need a new tin foil hat. One that's thicker and lined with lead fabric.

No surprises here. The US has been working on this type of tech since at least the 1950s. By now, it's gotten pretty far. By the 1960s they had already begun to master "synthetic telepathy"; by the 1980s the US and soviets were already competing to develop tech using ELF to modify brain activity from a short distance for "therapeutic" use, as well as other electromagnetic devices for use at longer distances. By now, these technologies are refined and efficient. They have 'em, it's not conspiracy anymore, it's fact... and it's right up China's alley.
