and so some ufo buddies and i were having lunch when we began discussing how is disclosure and confirmation going to unfold from this point? and so we came up with a few points and here they are

step 1. congress has to find the programs, the names of the programs, the names of the people who run the programs for the govt side and the names of the people who run it for the private companies side, the names of the scientists and engineers and security past and present who have first hand experience with the technology and biological entities (im under the impression that we have recovered a minimum of 3 different species with potential up to double digits) for the sole purpose of authentication

step 2. open congressional hearings and to make it easier for the witnesses we suggest a bicameral hearing which might also increase the participation of congress people asking questions instead of just 3 senators like last time which was disheartening, also if congress has confirmed dgs testimony as being true he will be freed up to answer more questions in detail, i still dont think its necessary to name names or facilities for both privacy and safety unless they choose to come forward on their own, however their testimony of first hand experiences should be release in transcript form without their private information in other words a fake name, there should also be no technical information that we have learned in which may give adversaries undo insight and which may lessen our ability to have military advantage in case they want to test our resolve (im under the impression russia has 1 recovery and possibly more and not sure about other countries around the world)

step 3. would be to be given access to the media and congressional members to these recoveries and hopefully photos and videos released to the public, the public is facinated to see these vehicles and lifeforms to see for themselves what non human intelligence looks like in reality

step 4. congress must come to know how humans have been killed by potential ufo engagements, they must come to know what species we might have agreements with and what those agreements entail (im under the impression pres eisenhower made such an agreement), congress must also reign in these programs under their lawful obligation of oversight on behalf of the american people, and finally if theres any opportunity where theres potential for breakthroughs for medical or energy developement maybe consider opening up the scientific and engineering pool

if dgs information comes to be true you can see how silly it is to listen for radio signals, looking for bacteria, or marbles in the ocean or even waiting for dr sean to feed us crumbs when we had proof of other intelligent life from somewhere all along for decades, what a freaking joke

Why do you presume it is an American only subject or solution?

All these years later and all we still have is a bunch of crappy video clips and suspicious reports.

I'd say that the military industrial complex has been pulling a fast one for decades to put loads more tech in space to ultimately control humans.

I believe you fail to understand the situation. I think you cannot see that the traditional system that we have been taught to believe is faulty and hardly ever worked as designed.

In short the people don't control the US congress and the members of the congress don't control the government. Since World War Two , as President Dwight Eisenhower stated in his final speech as he was leaving office, the powers that control government are in the "Military-Industrial Complex."

Given the apparent threat by the recognition of the UFOs being alien machines, that gave the TPTB it needed to begin to control everything. Of course, much of the "making war" dialogue was/is aimed at the most commonly surmised enemies, the Russians and the Chinese. But the real threat even if they don't fire a shot is of actual contact and engaging with every aspect of what the superior ETs wish to impress upon us.

This situation is why corruption is so rampant across the board in America today. A certain segment of high-level control is forcing and buying their way through governmental actions regardless of what the people may want. The greed is monumental from the top to the bottom. The bulk of our "leaders," have no true idea of what is taking place, but nonetheless, they are easily brought into accepting the higher decrees because they all want their cut.

"You will own nothing. You will be happy" is an obvious over-exaggeration, but it points toward the eventual goal that I personally believe that the ETs have set for us. ...Rest assured, it will work despite any complaints we citizen make. Forget you are citizens of earth and consider yourselves citizens of the cosmos. Your share of everything just got immensely smaller.

Absolutely nothing will be disclosed. This will turn out to be another nothing burger with a serving of diet snake oil and some french lies on the side

You're mistake is making the American Congress get involved? Why? We're only a part of the world.

It's not congress or President or org. Who ..who...speaks for the whole world? No one

And other countries have come and made aware "somethings somewhere". Wherever you been?

There will never, ever be any worldwide "disclosure". Don't need it....

It is the role of congress to represent the will of the people. Do most people really want to know? A lot of people accept something is going on, see something or had some experience that goes hmm. Heard enough stories to keep the possibility open.

Others don't have enough tangible evidence or have some world view where they don't even want to start processing what may be out there somewhere. Got enough in life to deal with and just another set of problems for them.

For me it was in struggling with matters of religion, law, existence and what it all means as for why I found an interest in this topic. I found the question of does life stop at the stratosphere or just keeps going out there somewhere as an important perspective for some of the bigger things going on.

This matter involves the world, not just the USA. But with the USA at the tip of the spear on this matter and with a political environment that has some capability in overcoming the challenges involved, they plays an important part to set the lead in a deeper understanding of our place in this world.

Are we going to like what we find? The situation does look diverse, some good, some bad, some meh.

By now, even if they land on the White House lawn, Red Square and Westminster, shuffle out of their craft and take a coordinated dump live on camera, I doubt many people would believe it or really care that much. What would it mean in reality? Nothing to the average person. If aliens have been in contact with our leaders for years, then they’re just as bad as our leaders and therefore hardly worth considering. Any andvanced intelligence would surely realise that our political leaders, religious leaders and super rich elite are, basically parasitic scum.
