Do we actually know if the child told them their real age? It could have all been online......like a soap on the bbc that is running currently.

I haven't read any confirmed details but social media gossip is that there is a 40yr+ age gap, and 30+ grand was paid for the images.
If I was on the jury, I'd absolutely be assuming dirty predator, and unless there was some crazy evidence) that I can't even imagine to support his defence), I'd want him guilty just for being a dirty old # chasing young people.

I have lived independently since being a 16yr old runaway 34 years ago.
I'll admit my own experience of predatory older males tells me everything about this guy, he's a #ing wrong'un and if he lived in my parish and I got on the jury, he'd be #ed.😡

The mother has not said it was her son.....or daughter......she only states that it is her child.

I'll edit it now, I've assumed male victim because of the guy I suspect it is, and just forgot to use gender neutral terms.
Male/female makes absolutely no difference to me with the victim, it's the predator older adult thing for me... I punish it whenever I see it, we all should, and thankfully most of us do.

Good point, I thought I had seen indirect confirmation that the victim was male but a couple of overseas publications do apparently claim the victim is female - have no idea if they're reliable claims or not.

The mystery over the alleged guilty presenter's identity seems to be due to an update in privacvy law of those accused of such crimes until evidence has passed a certain threshold under 2022 Supreme Court revisions - my qualifications in UK Journalism law are a decade out of date and wrongly assumed super-injunction.

I have no idea if it has been changed since new ATS ownership but the ATS servers were hosted in the UK and thus subject to UK Law around identity or court injunctions - it may be worth ATS mods clarifying if this is still the case or reading up on how restrictive UK Law is in reporting such details in comparisson to other countries (for better and worse).

Well, all I've seen on every form of news media this week, in the UK, has been this #ing story lol, so the brainwashing almost seems like a concentrated distraction, from 'real' news.
...the second story I've noticed in mainstream yesterday was interest rates being average 6.66% lol, so I'm blaming that!😱🤣
