And it's not absolute, he may not have done anything wrong, but until we get some facts from Biden himself, we won't know.

WHAT????? Santa Claus may in fact have a toy factory at the north pole and until we check we won't know for sure.

Is Biden going to offer these facts? HAHAHAHA! Joe Biden, biggest liar in history, no wonder all you marxist admire him. You laugh and laugh every day that goes by where normal people dont openly rebel against your nonsense constant lying. Day after day after day you lie. And that is because you believe that the here and now is all that matters.

I think this is meant for bounder. A liar. And a bad one at that.

Democrats aren't scared to ask. If there is evidence of wrong doing. Send it to a grand jury or other investigatory court. If there's enough evidence to warrant a trial. Then do that. I'm not going to sit here like a Trump supporter and deny everything. If he did something illegal and you can prove it. Stick him in jail.

You won't hear that from a Trump supporter.

You heard it each and every time Trump belched or farted.

Speaking of this evidence. You mean like the recently discovered evidence that the FBI and DoJ have been actively covering up that was only able to be discovered ala a whistleblower?

That kind of evidence?

I've noticed the medie going all in with the whataboutism in this regard.
Seems like it's robbing off on you, so I guess that means you swallow up MSM talking points.
Shocking.....

Don't mistake whataboutism for precedent.

As I regrettably did.

Like I said before. Put it to a Grand Jury. If there's enough for a indictment. Take it to trial.

Politicians need to be held accountable for their illegal actions.

But thank the good lord, we have been assured by the left so many times that NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW!

Which laws? The ones they are above that the rest of us must follow?

I'm totally fine with questions. However we've now seen the GOP leading the questions say, "well we've seen things that should be illegal" or "we don't care if the allegations are accurate". Or as we're seeing now they did not trust that Barr and any investigation into the 1023 was done. Had a big uproar. Then claimed 17 recordings! Now:

Text“We don’t know for sure if these tapes exist,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said on “The Chris Salcedo Show”

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) suggested on a program called “The Conservative Circus” that not only might the tapes not exist, but also that the foreign national who spoke to the FBI informant might lack credibility.

“We don’t know really if the tapes exist, we just don’t know that, whether this was just a bluff on the part of, whoever the executive was, I think it was Mykola Zlochevsky, the CEO of the... the corrupt oligarch,” Johnson said.

So actually the investigation wasn't mishandled. It just seems like a dog and pony show. Tapes don't exist or may not be legitimate from the mouth of the GOP leading the investigation. They don't actually care if the accusations are accurate. In other committee meetings they used paid by Trumps closest allies, fired employees as "whistleblowers". Screeched for years about a purposely manipulated hard drive, admitted on audio by Steve Bannon as truth. Now this weekend Rudy "suddenly" knows of another person who was going to spill all, but alas has "mysteriously died" and Rudy did not provide one iota further. No name, no nothing. Just a claim.

So, yeah, why waste time. And it doesn't even matter if those leading the investigation tell you it's nothing. The cult of Maga will claim, "it's all being hidden!" "It's a global conspiracy!".

If there is evidence, actual evidence, then indict him. We see that when there is evidence such as text messages, audio, photos, and testimony, you can get an indictment although we know you don't like to talk about that one. And yes again, that one is also "a global conspiracy!".

These low IQ numb skulls forget that there are recordings of them demanding Donald Trump Jr be subpoenaed because a message was sent to his IP address from a Russian advertising agency.

You play what they said then.. and play what they said now... And their lack of integrity and character becomes obvious.

If you check out the link, and watch the dems interviewed are against looking. That was the point of the OP.

Except in you Op you quoted Swalwell as saying go for it.....
The point being made is that they don't believe it is worth the time to look into it. But they aren't going to actively prevent coworkers from investigating.
The Republicans would and do the same thing so this isn't some bragging point. Just a game of distraction for simple folks.

Swalwell also didn't mind having a Chinese spy as a confidante who was reporting back to her Chinese military intelligence commanding officer on all the intelligence information she dug out of him. It's why he was canned from that "intelligence" committee.

OF course a treasonous scum like Swalwell is going to say none of this amounts to anything, genius.

can you state right here, right now, unequivocally that the FBI did investigate this allegation, and found no truth to it?

Because if you can't, then you don't understand this.

What all the GOP investigators are saying is they aren't here to prove the 1023's veracity, or the location of the tapes. They are however, using the powers of oversight to ensure that the FBI did in fact look into all this, and what steps they took with the information.

Remember if they looked into it and found notings, that's all they have to say, they didn't. They said they couldn't comment on an ongoing investigation. So apparently Jamie Raskins lied to everyone. I know, "shocker".

See, the FBI appears to be slow walking everything "Biden", and fast walking everything Trump. I'm sure with your blinders on, you can't see it, but I assure you, the rest of the world sees this as being political and the FBI as doing the bidding of the left. If that's not how it is, then we all need to see some proof.

if you still don't get that, ask around.

You are holding the GOP guilty of being honest!

Can't win for losing.

When it was the pee-pee tape, nobody on team donk would have said 'we don't know if it exists or not'. It was a DONE DEAL.
