And it's not absolute, he may not have done anything wrong, but until we get some facts from Biden himself, we won't know.
WHAT????? Santa Claus may in fact have a toy factory at the north pole and until we check we won't know for sure.

Democrats aren't scared to ask. If there is evidence of wrong doing. Send it to a grand jury or other investigatory court. If there's enough evidence to warrant a trial. Then do that. I'm not going to sit here like a Trump supporter and deny everything. If he did something illegal and you can prove it. Stick him in jail.
You won't hear that from a Trump supporter.

I've noticed the medie going all in with the whataboutism in this regard.
Seems like it's robbing off on you, so I guess that means you swallow up MSM talking points.
Shocking.....
But thank the good lord, we have been assured by the left so many times that NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW!
Text“We don’t know for sure if these tapes exist,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said on “The Chris Salcedo Show”
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) suggested on a program called “The Conservative Circus” that not only might the tapes not exist, but also that the foreign national who spoke to the FBI informant might lack credibility.
“We don’t know really if the tapes exist, we just don’t know that, whether this was just a bluff on the part of, whoever the executive was, I think it was Mykola Zlochevsky, the CEO of the... the corrupt oligarch,” Johnson said.

If you check out the link, and watch the dems interviewed are against looking. That was the point of the OP.
Except in you Op you quoted Swalwell as saying go for it.....
The point being made is that they don't believe it is worth the time to look into it. But they aren't going to actively prevent coworkers from investigating.
The Republicans would and do the same thing so this isn't some bragging point. Just a game of distraction for simple folks.
