GOP Rep. Ogles introduces impeachment articles against Biden, Harris

Tennessee Republican Rep. Andy Ogles introduced articles of impeachment on Monday against President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Ogles’ articles accuse Biden of having "weaponized" the presidency, both in his tenure as president and vice president, to "shield the business and influence peddling schemes of his family from congressional oversight and public accountability."

Additionally, the articles accuse Biden of acting in a "manner contrary to the public trust and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States" with his handling of the southern border crisis.

I don't expect this to go anywhere. The Democrats will scream and cry about it being politically motivated [ oh the hypocrisy ] and the Republicans don't have the spine to do it.
But, I guess we'll see what happens.

Something "needed to go" along damn time ago. It might be too late. There are historical Rubicons that are crossed (that's actually why we refer to "crossing the Rubicon") and I'm not sure that the United States' gov't and society has not crossed theirs.

Exactly. Politicians never, ever seem to address meaningful or critical issues when they have control, making it look like nothing more than PR to campaign on.

Kevin McCarthy is a Poo See and Not a Man with Any Morals . He was Bought and Paid for as Speaker of the House . Why did he Not Immediately Call for the Impeachment of Comrade Joe Biden the Minute he was Legally Allowed to ? So it takes another Republican with a Pair between his Legs to Introduced Articles of Impeachment because McCarthy is just a Dummy.......

you are absolutely right. never understood why Kevin didn't mention Impeachment . well, actually I know why, he had to work with the Pres to get some bills passed.
