It's pretty bad out there. You gotta wonder just how many parents have an "autopilot" parenting program with their kids. Where the parents simply provide the devices with little or no oversight as long as the kids are not bothering them.

I bet it's a fairly high percentage.

Yeah I can remember just how many time my boys begged for GTA when they were at primary school cos all their mates had it. Who buys games like that for their kids? And this was a pretty well to do area too with lots of GCHQ workers on hundreds of thousands a year.
