Any of them. ChatGBT? That's the one that most people use.

As I said before, when I tried to register to ChatGPT it asked me for my email address. No problem, I have it one the 10 or so I have. Then it asked for a phone number to send me a "confirmation message".
I do not own a cell-phone, but even if did I wouldn't have given them my number. They already had an email address, no need for a phone confirmation message.

The one I usually use does not require registration.

My theory applies to any of the commercial AI out there. We don't know if they're actually collecting data on US and how they're using it. Google does the same thing 24/7 for advertising purposes. It's big data.

My point is that we don't know how the data is being used or whether users are guinea pigs in a large data project. My guess is that there's a lot more going on behind the scenes with the developers than we realize.

The developers themselves do not need that information, but I'm sure there are many people interested in it.
