I don't think Rishi Sunak cares about much of anything other than his stock portfolio tbh. Perhaps he cares about earning the title of "Worst & most hated Prime Minister in living memory". Which is certainly an achievement when his competitors are the likes of Theresa May, Boris Johnson, David Cameron and Tony Blair.
