DOJ Sues Tennessee To Reverse Ban On Trans Surgery & Hormone Treatments For Minors

It appears our Federal Government will not allow states to pass bills which impact the profits of medical facilities and Pharma companies. The DOJ is suing the State Of Tennessee so that they can perform mutilation surgery and hormone treatments on MINORS.

This is now the world we live in. 30 years ago, these people would be shunned and shamed for even suggesting this insanity.

The Department of Justice sued Tennessee on Wednesday over a state law prohibiting transgender hormone treatments and surgeries for minors.

Tennessee’s ban on sex-change treatments for minors violates the Equal Protection Clause, the DOJ said in a statement. The law discriminates against “transgender youth” diagnosed with gender dysphoria, blocking sex-change treatments for them “while allowing non-transgender minors access to the same or similar procedures.

The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department will continue to aggressively challenge all forms of discrimination and unlawful barriers faced by the LGBTQI+ community.”

So much for state's rights.

Ive seen a thing this last week several times called "Parafiles", and every single one ive ran across had literal child porn drawings on their Twitter accounts, they consider it fine because they arent actual real children and many actually say on their profiles theyve "gone through treatment not to victimize actual children"

And a lot of the drawings are little boys, who are disguised as girls having horrible things done to them

I would think that TN could argue that it's not a medically necessary treatment, with too many potential risks and both short-term and long-term adverse effects, and therefore not subject to the equal application principle.

Much like insurance companies will cover the same procedures for accident patients when it's re-constructive, but not for healthy patients when it's cosmetic. Or they will cover birth control pills as a treatment for endometriosis, but not as a contraceptive.

I did a quick search for court precedents, but didn't find anything. Mostly just advocates for forcing insurance to cover cosmetic procedures the same as medical treatments.
