Yes, Stevia is in the bottle of Body Armour Lyte. USA companies are killing us with FDA approval

I went to a professional sports nutritionist who has advised NFL players at the Combine. She didnt give Gatorade Zero a thumbs up either. However, I toned it down to 1 bottle a day and the Body Armor Lyte was quit cold turkey. I agree with you on Powerade.

My next blood test is this August. I will report out. I was advised by my Nutritionist to do this:

Good Lord Jagstorm you could be a Southern gal from South Carolina! Even the unsweetened tea sold here is "sweet" and I wont touch it. I love my double dark Black Forest Chocolate Cake on my birthday. That is a treat

Tart Cherry Juice NOT from consentrate is also good. Asian diets are excellent

Thanks. I am going to print this out. I already do the cold water with lemon juice and I heard about the Cucomber. Good stuff and thanks.

I also do a smoothie; two frozen ripe bananas, 1/4 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup strawberries in 1 to 2 cups of 2% milk, along with a teaspoon of nutmeg and cinnamon and blend. I drink that throughout the day all three meals.

I can feel the energy enter my body when I drink it.
