with out a doubt a metorite.

it likly broke up verry very very high up as there was no sonic booms reported.


wonder if anyone is going to try and find this one. i bet you it made it to the ground or at least pieces of it did.


a nuclear sized explosion created by air friction alone.(obviously with no nuclear parts).


that being said some where in the universe there is an asteroid of Uranium and maybe even one of an interesting isotopic make up, with all the pressure squeezing/impinging on such a ultra rare asteroid might make an even bigger boom.


but that's just fun thought games.
