A home builder went under, porter davies.

They took deposits, though we’re in a bad situation. They have gone under.

Now the Andrews gubment has given away 15 million dollars to hand back deposits to people who wanted to build a house.

Ffs why should I as a taxpayer fund to bailout a private company.

It is usually a provision of consumer protection legislation.

Builders pay into a fund for each house they build and the fund protects the consumer in circumstances just like this one.

I have not studied your States (Vic I assume) consumer protection laws so I can't give specifics.

It is not necessarily your tax money being spent.

A corporate person has limited liability. It is dumb how the courts see an individual and a corporate identity as the same thing. This mess started a while back with the Vatican on its global conquest. With how messed up this thing has got these days,

THE PATENT SCAM

It has become the government job to spend the government dollars. Back in the days when the constitution got started, it was the government job to set the common standard. As for what it has become these days with all the entrenched generational lobbying...

I do prefer to not see a Mad Max solution to this mess.

Suck it up brother and be thankful it's at least going to your countrymen. In the UK we are giving over £1.5 billion a year to illegal immigrants and we didn't vote for that either.
