Jugging Criminals Taken Down by Victim- 1 shot in Stand Your Ground Incident in Central Texas, page 1

Hi everyone, hope you all are well. I thought I would report about a story from my neck of the woods.

On Monday April 10 two Criminals tried to pull off a jugging of a man withdrawing money from an ATM in Cedar Park, Tx (just outside of Austin) and followed him to a convenience store in a little lake city 15 miles away called Lago Vista. They.followed him to the convenience store and waited for him to enter the store and broke into his car and stole the money. The man comes out of the store and follows them back to Cedar Park and tries to get them to pull over. One of the criminals pulls a gun on victim and he pulls out his gun and shoots the guy in the mouth. Victim calls police and criminals flee.

The criminals drove to the hospital in Cedar Park and the other guy who was not shot took a Lyft to Houston and was later apprehended and the money returned. It is turning into the Wild West out here. I’m glad the criminals got what they deserved and I have no problem with it.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I have no issue with that. I've certainly become more mindful of everything around me when at the ATM, the gas station, etc. I'd also like to think I'd notice someone following me for an extended period of time.

I know what you mean. I have my head on a swivel when I am in Cedar Park.

The road between Lago Vista to Cedar Park is a busy very winding hilly 4 lane farm to market with no middle turning lane. It would be easy to not notice. Although, there have been some other recent jugging incidents in cedar park recently and maybe this guy was on to them (my conspiracy mind says).
