If they think the gun committed a crime they should give it a trial.

Never know the proceeds from the sale may buy a dozen new AR's for the department or other equipment.

I hear seized cars and boats even houses are sold at auction from things like drug busts where there was even a shoot out involved.

I hope the proceeds can be used to get Officer Cory “CJ” Galloway a Magnifier for his red dot and some surefire 60 mags.
