ok so growing up ET was like the most popular movie of all time. It was in theatres for years . I remember they wouldnt even release it on VHS and would bring it back to theatres every year .

It was an Iconic movie with the classic scene of ET pointing to the sky and saying "ET PHONE HOME".

Apparently ET said HOME PHONE . Yep he points to the sky and says "ET home phone" and the kids say ET phone home

ET home phone.

Mandela effect is real.

The kids are not repeating it they are correcting ET because ET says home phone

Well if the kids don't correct him, how is the scene going to play out? @1:55..

Bear in mind the close up of the finger pointing out the window has been aped dozens of times in adverts and whatnot. I remember one in the late 90s for dial-up internet from BT. "BT phone home"

That's correct.
In the movie ET first says: home phone.
After the kids correct/repeat: phone home.

Even in skunkworks people don't seem to have much time for ME. The scene absolutely still works if ET had said 'phone home' first. They aren't correcting him, they are realising exactly whqt he wqnts to do - contact his own people.back home.

With ME, it really makes zero difference if people argue against it, 'no, it was ALWAYS this way, you're remembering it wrong!' etc, because the point is, for the individual it has changed, maybe he really has switched to a parallel Earth, in which case obviously most people would be absolutely certain that the individual is just remembering wrong. You can't disprove ME, no matter what logic tells you, why waste time trying to a reply to, especially in skunkworks.ohhchongo
