Do the Western Politicians, ambassadors, Media even know, understand that the phrase which they are using for the pragandao in Ukrainian war and had recently being used often.

It has being dating back since World War I. When the nationalists had sided with the German and Austro-Hungarian side during WW1.

It appears that the western polticans dont seem to care about history.

The same association, at the foundation of which, the Revolutionary Ukrainian Party (RUP) was born in 1900 - the first modern Ukrainian political party under Russian occupation. The first known mention of the slogan is attributed to this event specifically. Despite this quote being misattributed to DBCowboy it took all of three seconds to find this article.

I actually thought about selling all of North Macedonia and giving Ukraine the proceeds but it will only raise about $6 if I did that since no one wants that place.
