I'm with you on this one, Sky; the balloon(s) are a big nothing burger in the grand scheme of things-unless they've got a payload of their latest lab creation.....then shooting them down wouldn't seem like the wisest move.

Actually I believe it is the money they use on those who want a quick gain without realizing just how much damage they are doing to the Republic when they take the CCP money.
