The Why Files does some investigative history with the regards to the recently destroyed Georgia Guide stones. Throw in the "Club of Rome" and other eugenic groups and you have an interesting story that is presented in a way only the "Why Files" is currently doing. youtu.be...

That "monument" was weird from start to finish. Sounds like the effort to have it rebuilt fizzled out.

There is a documentary out there that talks about the creater of it, an eccentric man who was not very well know.
