Some Shots Of NYC

Never been there so I wonder what I'm seeing in these shots.

First is the opening shot of L&O:SVU opening credits, the bistro of some sort, I assume. Bottom floor of the building but it's red and blue, not red and green so it seems to not be pizza joint. A deli of some sort? I wouldn't be surprised if someone can't name the place but figured I'd try.

Second is an ESPN shot. There's a ship there named Ambrose and a elevated "highway" there where buses stop for no reason. No one gets off, there's no stop there, so what the hell is going on there?

No. Just a couple of idiotic questions from someone who lives in Vegas and has no idea how things work in NYC. Why so serious?
