The issue here is the word 'belief'.
There is plenty of evidence that can be shown in a court of law or elsewhere in relation to vaccine injuries and deaths from the vaccines.

Vaccine injuries & deaths isn't a matter of personal belief. It is a reality.

You can say the same for any vaccine.

It was the Nurses belief in "theories" that interfered with the job she was intrusted and paided to do.

Not necessarily.

You can talk about this vaccine. Not all drugs and vaccines have the same serious adverse reactions and with the same frequency and severity.

Nurses and health professionals are not there to follow orders blindly. We are not in North Korea. They have the right to object.

We'd be here all week, so suffice to say a lot of vaccines and medications can and do cause a small number of people to suffer adverse reactions, the covid vaccination is no different.
No they are not there to blindly follow orders but they should speak up if they disagree with something and not just blindly follow their beliefs and go against the code of ethics they agreed to follow when training to be a health practioner.

Yes the best thing was to speak about this matter and to have written to her manager and head nurse asking to be excempted from the vaccination campaign.

Although there is a difference between beliefs and facts.m in this case. She could have used plenty of vaccine injuries as a legitimate reason not to vaccinate the people she had to.

The right to object, yes.

But impose their beliefs on others that trust them to do their jobs, not so much.

Yes to the right to object.

As I said I would have done it differently.
I would have written to the head nurse and manager and explained that I want to be excempt from the vaccination because of vaccine injuries that have been recorded.

Vaccine injuries and deaths is a reality and not a belief. I think she could have handled it much better.

Yes, her belief in hearsay and rumour spread by social networks about plenty of vaccine injuries lead to her failings and fraudulant acts.

Yes, agree she could have acted differently.

But it is still wrong to impose her views on others.

Or beliefs or whatever.

Other opinions are available and it's not up to her to decide for others.

I have always opposed mandates and said that getting jabbed is an individual's choice.

She took that choice away from those folk.

No there is plenty of evidence of vaccine injuries.
She could have used that in writing to her managers.

Yes she could have done it much better.
However the judges have had a second thought as to the motives.

Please quantify "plenty of evidence." How many provable injuries have occured?

ourworldindata.org...

68.6% of the world population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

I didn't say the judges are anti-vaxxers.
Any person could see and judge whether the story sold on safety and effectiveness was true.

This is from the article

The accused had shared various conspiracy theories on the Internet and on social media,” the court spokesperson said, per the Mail. “However, the chamber could not determine with the necessary certainty that this set of ideas was the motive for her actions and that she then acted to sabotage a vaccination campaign

The judges are not sure about the motive as it says above.

But if we want to believe this then it's fine. If we dont buy it, as we know what the motive was, it doesn't leave us with many options.

By the way, criticising a vaccine doesn't make you an 'anti-vaxxer'. Although I don't find anything wrong with being against a specific vaccine such as this one which is an untested and potentially hazardous product and it can causes a range of serious illnesses.

You can go to the surveillance systems and have a look at.

VAERS is one of them and I am most countries in the West will have one.

Only here on ATS I have created three different threads with three different cases of people who died as a result of the vaccines. Although the mods said it is better to discuss these cases within the threads.

" Major New Autopsy Report Reveals Those Who Died Suddenly Were Likely Killed by the Covid Vaccine "

" The report, published in Clinical Research in Cardiology, the official journal of the German Cardiac Society, detailed autopsies carried out at Heidelberg University Hospital in 2021. Led by Thomas Longerich and Peter Schirmacher, it found that in five deaths that occurred within a week of the first or second dose of vaccination with Pfizer or Moderna, inflammation of the heart tissue due to an autoimmune response triggered by the vaccine had likely or possibly caused the death."

And when you read through the comments, theres also just as many people saying that she should be jailed for what she did?!?!

Comments sections of newspapers are worse than the mud pit here on ATS. They're no indication of anything other the individual political leanings of its readers

She wasn't jailed as the motive was not clear. That is what was argued in the article.

The accused had shared various conspiracy theories on the Internet and on social media,” the court spokesperson said, per the Mail. “However, the chamber could not determine with the necessary certainty that this set of ideas was the motive for her actions and that she then acted to sabotage a vaccination campaign

The judges were not sure about her motive.

I think the rest of us are sure about her motives and ideas and we can assume the judges are not stupid either. But they don't want to jail her as they don't believe this woman meant to cause harm and they as well see something strange going on with the vaccination campaign.

Where is 'here' if you don't mind?

I would have done things differently and asked to be excempted from the vaccination campaign but keep up with all my other duties based on reasonable grounds that the products are not safe and effective as advertised.

There is very little known about them. We don't know the medium and long term effects and the benefit to risk ratio in each age group. We have started seeing the short term effects and they are very unpleasant including myocarditis, pericarditis, heart failure, autoimmune disorders, thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions, etc.

The judges said the motive wasn't clear.

If you don't buy what the judges said then it's not only the nurse that has doubts about these products.

Not really. These are the threads I have created in relation to those who died from the vaccine. The mods though want these cases to be covered in the other threads and not making a thread for each death. Otherwise I would have made many more.

Other than that the vaccines injuries and deaths are real and there is plenty of evidence around to support it. Only looking at the threads here on this site you could find plenty of discussions and of cases of myocarditis, pericarditis, heart failure, thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, auto-immune disorders, and many other.

A look at VAERS should suffice.
However what is reported in VAERS and in other systems is just a small proportion.

I am sure she would have been able to collect a lot of information as many of us have found in relation to vaccine injuries in her country. Germany is quite big and with a high population.

We can a see who is in denial here and engaging in vaccine apologetics.
