The issue here is the word 'belief'.
There is plenty of evidence that can be shown in a court of law or elsewhere in relation to vaccine injuries and deaths from the vaccines.
Vaccine injuries & deaths isn't a matter of personal belief. It is a reality.
You can say the same for any vaccine.
It was the Nurses belief in "theories" that interfered with the job she was intrusted and paided to do.
Not necessarily.
You can talk about this vaccine. Not all drugs and vaccines have the same serious adverse reactions and with the same frequency and severity.
Nurses and health professionals are not there to follow orders blindly. We are not in North Korea. They have the right to object.
We'd be here all week, so suffice to say a lot of vaccines and medications can and do cause a small number of people to suffer adverse reactions, the covid vaccination is no different.
No they are not there to blindly follow orders but they should speak up if they disagree with something and not just blindly follow their beliefs and go against the code of ethics they agreed to follow when training to be a health practioner.

The right to object, yes.
But impose their beliefs on others that trust them to do their jobs, not so much.
Although there is a difference between beliefs and facts.m in this case. She could have used plenty of vaccine injuries as a legitimate reason not to vaccinate the people she had to.

Yes, her belief in hearsay and rumour spread by social networks about plenty of vaccine injuries lead to her failings and fraudulant acts.

Yes, agree she could have acted differently.
But it is still wrong to impose her views on others.
Or beliefs or whatever.
Other opinions are available and it's not up to her to decide for others.
I have always opposed mandates and said that getting jabbed is an individual's choice.
She took that choice away from those folk.

She could have used that in writing to her managers.

So the Judges based their Judgment on there antivaxx sympathies?
Bit of a stretch.
The accused had shared various conspiracy theories on the Internet and on social media,” the court spokesperson said, per the Mail. “However, the chamber could not determine with the necessary certainty that this set of ideas was the motive for her actions and that she then acted to sabotage a vaccination campaign

And when you read through the comments, theres also just as many people saying that she should be jailed for what she did?!?!
Comments sections of newspapers are worse than the mud pit here on ATS. They're no indication of anything other the individual political leanings of its readers

You can go to the surveillance systems and have a look at.
VAERS is one of them and I am most countries in the West will have one.
Only here on ATS I have created three different threads with three different cases of people who died as a result of the vaccines. Although the mods said it is better to discuss these cases within the threads.

So your "plenty of evidence" is 3 cases, that sure is lots of deaths worldwide??

Not really. These are the threads I have created in relation to those who died from the vaccine. The mods though want these cases to be covered in the other threads and not making a thread for each death. Otherwise I would have made many more.
Other than that the vaccines injuries and deaths are real and there is plenty of evidence around to support it. Only looking at the threads here on this site you could find plenty of discussions and of cases of myocarditis, pericarditis, heart failure, thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, auto-immune disorders, and many other.
A look at VAERS should suffice.
However what is reported in VAERS and in other systems is just a small proportion.
VAERS data are derived from a passive surveillance system and represent unverified reports of health events, both minor and serious, that occur after vaccination.
Denial is a common tactic that substitutes deliberate ignorance for thoughtful planning.

So a post about hearsay and possible links is proof, you should ask the German Nurse for her "evidence"?
