Testosterone is a hormone and so falls under the scientific field of Chemistry, not biology. Brain chemistry and biology although linked are not the same.

According to you, not according to award-winning neuroscientists.

Again, why am I not trans? If that's how it all works, I should be a little boy locked in a girl's body, but I'm not and never have been. Intead, I'm a high functioning female athlete having benefited from the physical benefits of that exposure. Like it or not testosterone is a hell of a drug, but not one that makes your brain male.
