Good little video one correction: There are a few alternative archaeologists, geologists etc., Robert Schoch is one.
en.wikipedia.org...
He believes in Atlantis etc.
The video is correct in most of what it says - GH is misrepresenting some stuff and oddly he doesn't seem to want to fund research to support his theories - which are in desperate need of supporting archaeological evidence. So why does he not fund research? He doesn't need evidence - all he needs is the 'possibility' of a lost civilization existing - and he can sell as many books he wants.

i have visited the inside of both the pyramids and it was as easy to breath as it was out side , the only thing that i felt a little strange with was when i looked into the sarcophagus it appeared to shimmer the same as when you look along a road in summer and the heat distorts the image .

That's an interesting idea: low frequency radio waves can travel right through the Earth. The US Navy uses them sometimes to communicate with submarines. Also whales are believed to use them.
Trouble is, to send or receive a low frequency radio wave, you need a really big antenna.
In modern world, we use satellites and long underwater transmission lines in order to communicate across continents. That's a huge infrastructure investment. What if the ancients had a different approach to the same problem?
Well currently there is no evidence of any such technology. Nor even the precursors to it nor the precursors to the precursors.

What to mechanical powered saws?
Metallurgy and using iron to make steel - The iron mines in Egypt were touched until were not worked before the Late or Greco-Roman periods. The earliest iron smelting places in Egypt were found at Naukratis and Defenna.
Insulation
power source
Lubrication
Electricity
Metal fabrication
Etc., it took Europeans thousands of years going by those tiny steps to reach steam power and later ICE which led to mechanical drills and saws*
The Roman's did use water power and others animal and human power to have 'machines'.

i think the romans also
made a form of concrete/cement that could be used under water for their pier pilings, from pumice.
