There is so much history and information about these lights and their components including with the military. The comments below your videos is bursting with information that people want to share.

This is more of a sci-fi video on the lights. Unless you think this stuff is for real like I do.

Yeah, Duke services the closest town to me. Yet in certain areas of town, the poorer sections, you see these lights being installed regularly. I'd heard it was some sort of crime deterrent, which would explain some of their placement, as I have never seen these outside of low-income areas.

I can't imagine a low income area with these lights. First of all, you can't see. Creepy and scary in there.
