The "Weighing of the Heart" Ceremony

Graham changes "God" to "Creator" at the end (where he decides to finish), and for whatever reason, leaves out this part:

...For Gods will has no beginning; it is ever the same, and as it now is, even so it has ever been, without beginning. For it is the very being of God to purpose good.”

I do wonder if this generation stops for even a moment of self reflection.

No generation before them would accept their insanity and wickedness with only a few regional exceptions at any given time in history.

They think anyone "normal" past and present is wrong, bigoted, unenlightened. Well, normal as defined as the majority of humans that ever lived in recorded history anyway.

It seems this formula has been tried and tested, and that the same people who were in charge behind the scenes then are in charge now.


And they must have written the modern holy books as well, because these selfulfilling prophecies are playing out once more.

I wonder how long has this group been running the affairs of men?

And were they in contact with our creators long ago, perhaps as a priest class?

Everyday I'm more convinced that we were created not by some supernatural deity, but by extraterrestrial beings who build up society in a designated age and then destroys and rebuild from scratch.

To what purpose?

It seems we learn nothing each time.

Perhaps we come close to exposing them and they fear the tipping point where too many of us become aware of their actions, so they clean house every time to stay hidden.

Each time a new mythology is created for us to follow, and so we blindly stumble along in good faith.

Except moral degeneracy and widespread sharing of information brings the house down.

WW2 resulted in a homeland for the Jews, as well as protection as an 'endangered species ".

The Protocols of the elders of Zion was first published in Russia in 1903.

People are saying they're fake, but if you read them it's an accurate foretelling of the 20th century, save for a few discrepancies.

It's like making a 100 predictions, and getting 95 of them right.

No one has that kind of track record, and yet they are fake?

Perhaps this lead to 2 world wars and the eradication of the Tsar and his family by the bolsheviks?

For sure, the way it lays out the intentional decline of civilization down to some details is scarily accurate regardless of who the true authors are.

I feel sick to my stomach whenever I read it.

What if there's a specific type of tech they want use to discover? And each time we go down a path that they know will not lead to that tech they reset us. The most recent time we went in a masonry path. That was not the right one. This time we have chosen an electronic path. Is this the one?

A good point, and I would just be speculating further down a rabbit hole of assumptions upon assumptions I simply don't know.

Perhaps our sheer numbers scare them.

I honestly think there's more to it than mere imagination. I don't think it's supernatural though.
I'm leaning towards super advanced extraterrestrial beings and perhaps a priestly/scribe class that held privileged status below them and either became a cargo cult holdover that have access to information that allow them to rule using a formula they copied from 'the gods' or they are still in contact with them and rule by proxy.

There are too many similarities between ancient legends and structures it's mind boggling to think there are pyramids all over the world.

It's funny but right before i read this reply i was sitting here thinking that earth having been visited by aliens around 50 thousand years ago or so would explain a lot.

It's also possible that they died out at some point too for whatever reason. the aliens i mean. came to earth but ended up extinct for some reason.

Not inevitable and it's still reversible, if Tom Brown, Jr.'s alleged grandfather is to be believed. He and other seers warned about a worldwide famine & plague, which has yet to occur. Although he may have anticipated the earth's waning o-zone layer, that's definitely happening.

Not technology. The usual culprits are greed and power.

Not extraterrestrial, the ancients believed they were confined to Earth's atmosphere and the Moon and are unable to visit other planets. Whereas the inhabitants of other worlds were revered as good.
