I can solve this problem right now.

UN peacekeepers. Negotiate a peacekeeping force for the "disputed" region leveraging China and or India (Non Nato) forces for the buffer.

If needed, pay $ to move any separatists out of the region and leverage Interpol to arrest any terrorists afterwards.

Have Vlad make the deal with India & China. Have them announce the solution, set a timeline.

I don't think the Ukrainians would want to open fire on India and China.

This Lindsay Graham must be an idiot. There was one other man with exactly the same idea, rewrite the map of Europe, destroy Russia as a state and even destroy the Russian people.
If I remember correctly he had a small moustache and his silly inane ravings got millions killed and a whole world in turmoil. For any man like him to be given a platform to spout his madness his society must bear the consequences of his rhetoric.

Both democrats and republicans are aligned on this one. Which should worry everyone. Historically whenever the democrats and republicans agree on something everyone else suffers.

Often people on opposite sides of an issue can coincidently both be right on a given issue, such as the terrible war in Ukraine, where I grieve for the thousands of young men and women and innocent civilians dying in this stupid, immoral war while Putin and his billionaire oligarch buddies eat caviar. Just as I grieved when the Bush/Cheney criminal gang did the unjust and immoral war on Iraq and other ME wars.

Every issue has its own moral base, independent of other events.

America is on the right side here, just as Russia was on the right side when America did its illegal, immoral wars.

We, as the population on this planet, need to be consistently ready to condemn acts like this no matter who or what is doing it.

Lets think about it, the Ukrainian army is nothing without NATO, so NATO is Russia's real enemy, that's who Russia will have to beat, they will literally have to dissolve it or Take the Capitals of the countries that support it, and change their governments not just the one in Kyiv.
