And this is why we need a Patients Bill of Rights, beginning with the absolute right to say "yes" or "no" to any and all medical treatments. Because
we cannot trust anyone that presumes to mandate or ban anything.
I would also be happy if no government I lived under ever had the power to enact emergency legislation or a "state of emergency" again, ever, for any
reason. Nor palm off their responsibility to non elected authoritarian bureaucratic as-holes in such situations. A thorough psych assessment as
precondition to ever holding such a position mightn't hurt either. It appears some of these people never held on to their lunch money at school, and
it shows.
In supposed emergency situations they get to make recommendations, that's all. Then I get to decide whether these recommendations are reasonable,
helpful or worthwhile, and whether to comply.
I say this as an apolitical rational atheist who values science who got bored with conspiracy sites long ago because I felt it was too easy to debunk
conspiracies. I still think vaccines are among our greatest achievements, but I no longer consider that (most of) the various "rushed to market" toxic
sludges on offer qualify as vaccines.
Originally I went along with the whole thing and got my injections. It wasn't until taking a deep dive into the claims, literature and especially
critique while in lockdown that things changed for me. It seems "THE SCIENCE™ (LLC)" is the corrupt pseudo scientific arm of politics and corporate
interests and I wonder when things like "reproducibility" and "conflict of interest" stopped being a thing. That the "X-spurts" seem to be some of
the stupidest people on the planet doesn't help either and it's difficult to overlook the ratio of "conspiracies" v "factchecks" and how that turned
out.
The whole thing from the computer modelling (or more accurately... covid "astrology" and "tea leave reading") to the plexiglass at counters and X's to
ensure "social distancing"... to the same rushed and ineffective treatment being mandated by the state... at the same dosage whether you are an 18 yr
old male athlete or a frail 85 yr old woman, is surely worth scrutiny.
The people who made ventilators and remdesivir the standard of care, and those who administered it, are little different to certain German doctors of
WW2.
