My Baby has that time of the year.
She was already 4 and for health reasons she stays 'natural'.
And she's super crazy! So horny!
I caught her humping her stuffed seal.
We call him Robbie.

On walks I obviously don't let her off so it's stop and go, 3 steps at a time. lol
When we play ball she gets something in her nose and completely forgets what she was doing.
Then she stands there spaced out.

Mine used to back up to leafy bushes or sit at the top stairs, front legs on a lower step then wag her tail furiously. I thought it was pretty creative. Once she backed up to my ex father in law's comb over. He'd fallen asleep on the couch with his head hanging off. That was funny. Then she and my neutered male discovered sex. Problem solved except he'd eventually whine to be locked in a room away from her as she was relentless.

In the end she nearly died of pyometra so had to have an emergency spaying done. She lived to an old age but no more funny, horny dog.

Dogs are awesome, so individual.

That bitch might go through hormonal change and it's that. Not sure how old your bitch is though.
