It’s ok for Democrats to fly illegal aliens all over the USA in the middle of the night. Desantis sends 50 illegals to Martha’s Vineyard and everyone is crying “KIDNAPPING “. I hope Desantis and Abbot start sending busloads up there.

The kidnapping argument failed so now they are trying out human trafficking... If they really want to go down this road then they need to read immigration laws, specifically 8 U.S. Code § 1324 - Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

(A) Any person who—
(i) knowing that a person is an alien, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever such person at a place other than a designated port of entry or place other than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien has received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States and regardless of any future official action which may be taken with respect to such alien;

(ii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;

(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;

(iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or

(v)
(I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
(II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,

Then there is the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution -

Article VI, Paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution is commonly referred to as the Supremacy Clause. It establishes that the federal constitution, and federal law generally, take precedence over state laws, and even state constitutions. It prohibits states from interfering with the federal government's exercise of its constitutional powers, and from assuming any functions that are exclusively entrusted to the federal government. It does not, however, allow the federal government to review or veto state laws before they take effect.

Now since Immigration is a Federal responsibility US Immigration Laws take precedence over4 state laws, like sanctuary states. Even the separate sovereign argument does not have a leg to stand on with this one.

That alone should fill up the prison system...

Being sent to Martha's Vineyard is much better treatment than the slavery and abuse the Biden Administration has been sending these migrants to endure, over the past 15 months or so.

Both sides are using them as pawns but it's looking like DeSantis f***ed up. The Latino voters are more turning against him which could spell disaster for him in an already tight race.

Of course that means nothing to him if he's expecting to move to DC in 2025.

looks like the opposite is true there. legal latino voters (the only group of them who can vote) don't like illegal immigration, and seem to like not killing babies as well.

But don't worry, if we need to send any more of the illegal one's anywhere, we have a great spot picked out.
here's their sign:

all are welcome.

Remember how cancel culture fell by the wayside once liberals started to get cancelled for not being woke enough? Watch as we now start to see movement to stop the illegal immigration, now that liberal enclaves like DC and Martha's Vinyard are being forced to deal with them.

PS, gotta love Newsome's moronic shrieking about kidnapping. Dude, unless you seriously think these people were rounded up at gunpoint and herded like cattle, then STFU before you embarrass yourself even more.

Democrats showed us how to solve the problem , use the National Guard to round them up and ship them to Military bases and then back home .

I always wondered how "Legal" it is for U.S. Authorities to assume a "Country of Origin" for a claimant without any vetted ID to prove what their "Country of Origin" is. That alone may be a "Discretionary" loophole for an Asylum claim 🤐
