I know that the Egyptian pharaohs of the New Kingdom brought in the Hebrews as slaves to build monuments for the pharaohs, an episode of ancient Egyptian history that dominates the theme of the Biblical book of Exodus, and that Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar exiled the Jews into captivity in Babylon after he conquered Judea and sacked Jerusalem. Since the Jews were enslaved by two Semitic kingdoms in ancient times, do the Jews view King Nebuchadnezzar and King Ramses II as evil?

"Semitic" would have nothing to do with it.
Esau is described as the full brother of Jacob, but the Jews never forgot the encroachments of Edom.
It can be a mistake to project the assumptions and categories of the modern world back into the culture of the ancient world.
